Although most US airlines fly to Havana including American Airlines, Delta, JetBlue, United, Southwest, only American Airlines is flying to Santiago de Cuba at the moment.
All US airlines flying into Cuba include Cuban Health Insurance in the cost of the passenger's fare (a $25 surcharge). Passengers must retain their boarding pass during their stay in Cuba. The boarding pass will serve as evidence of the insurance policy should any emergency medical services be required during the trip.
All US airlines flying into Cuba also include the Cuban Airport Departure Tax in the cost of the passenger's fare.
All US airlines flying into Cuba easily facilitate the Cuban Tourist Card (Visa) at an extra fee. JetBlue, Delta and Southwest provide your Cuban Tourist Card at an extra fee of $50. American Airlines and others charge $85.
